Upon receiving my new Canon 5D Mark III digital SLR camera today, I tested it with the Canon RC-1 wireless remote control I’ve owned for many years…and it worked! I just wanted to put this up on the web in case someone is searching for this information like I was last week (when I couldn’t find the answer)!

Even the 5D Mark III has already 3 years, I’m thinking in buy it now that the price is going down. Hope it will be a good decision.
